SHACHI KHICHADIA, MPH,
Founder & Director
Shachi Khichadia is a public health professional with over eight years of experience in the public and private health care sector. Today, she works as a Senior Global Health Consultant for Applied Strategies. She has consulted numerous NGOs, foundations, hospitals, and Fortune 500 companies in defining their health care strategy, and has years of experience in measuring the social and financial impact of development programs. Shachi earned a Master of Public Health from the University of Michigan (concentration in Global Health) and a B.S in Business Administration and B.A in English from the University of California, Riverside. She also serves on the board of advisers for Global Pediatric Alliance, a non-profit dedicated to reducing maternal and child mortality in Latin America. Shachi is very passionate about improving access to health care in developing countries and promoting wellness using innovative models.
CHANDRIKA RAO, MS,
Chandrika Rao is a public health professional who has over eight years of experience in enhancing the quality of various government, non-profits and social enterprise organizations in the United States and in India. Today, she works as a Research Analyst for Applied Survey Research. Chandrika has been working with various public health issues like HIV prevention, Mental Health, Traumatic Brain Injury to name a few. Chandrika holds a Masters in Health Sciences from Boise State University, Idaho and in Psycho Social Rehabilitation from Bangalore University, India.
HARVEEN SETHI, MBA,
Strategy & Marketing Advisor
Harveen Sethi is passionate about advancing international development through business innovation and technology, particularly in global health and education. She studied international development at Rutgers University, and attended University of Michigan for her MBA with a concentration in Strategy and Entrepreneurship. Pre-MBA, Harveen worked at Accenture, leading teams in new business solutions architecture and global strategy across developed and emerging markets. Post-MBA, Harveen was a Global Product Manager and most recently Senior Manager in Strategy & Innovation at Medtronic, focused on accelerating patient access to chronic disease therapies globally. She is now pursuing a more entrepreneurial path as an Entrepreneur in Residence in Digital Health at a VC firm. Harveen remains committed to advancing innovation in global health through disruptive technology and business models that improve healthcare access, diagnostics, and delivery.
Markting & Public Relations Specialist
Jacqueline Sandoval is a marketing and public relations specialist who has experience with a number of start-ups in the Bay Area. Her experience ranges from social media management to analytical reporting. Jacqueline received her BA in Sociology at the University of San Francisco. Coming from a university that strives to produce world changers, she is passionate about working for organizations that help to improve and enhance the lives of others.
